Refund policy

As this store currently sells digital goods only, no refunds are available since these are instant downloads.

However, at the sole discretion of the publisher, refunds may be given in the following cases:

• For preorders in which the digital file has not yet been delivered by email (as shown by the publisher's software).
• For a duplicate item purchased within 48 hours of the initial purchase. In this case, only the duplicate item may be refunded.

To request a refund, please email betsy@betsyflak.com. Please put the word "returns" in the subject line and include your name, order number, and the reason you are requesting a refund.
